Ergosystem Walling Solutions
Ergosystem Flexible Walling Solutions proudly brings the best local and international brands to the southern African interiors market.
We have solutions for partitions, dividers, privacy screens, feature walls, full height screens, low level walls and even wall and ceiling cladding products. Researched and developed in conjunction with our international partners, we provide practical, efficient solutions – not only for today’s requirements, but also for tomorrow’s trends.
Ergosystem has exclusive international licence agreements with 3-Form, Fabritrak, Faram, Hufcor, Interlam, Mofex , Mirroflex, and Kaynemaile. Our product range includes homegrown brands like Kubik and our own Ergo 50 and Horizon.
Our design solutions are purely industrial and supportive to the Architectural and Interior (A & D) solutions provided by professional architects and interior designers operating in the commercial interiors, hospitality, retail and high-end domestic market. We do not offer design services as we do not wish to compete with our own clients, being the design fraternity.
In the same way, we do not copy designs – we respect the intellectual property of others and pay royalties where required for products manufactured in South Africa for African continent markets – bringing manufacture and employment to South Africa, with DTI endorsements of our agreements.
The company has humble beginnings. The Ergosystem brand began way back in 1997. Launched then as the first 50mm demountable walling system on the South African market, 20 years later the Ergo 50 product has become the accepted norm. The success of the first Ergosystem product spawned an entire company in 2006: Ergosystem Flexible Walling Solutions (Pty) Ltd under stewardship of Dean Armstrong.
More product innovation saw the company launch the slimmest demountable screen in South Africa at the time, the 23mm Horizon system. The company then set out to broaden its product range with cutting edge, innovative products and finishes like 3Form, Faram and Interlam.
In 2011, fuelled by growth and market demand, Ergosystem spun off two new specialist companies: Acoustic Walling Solutions under joint management with John Hicks and Translucent Walling Solutions under joint management with Guy Kenyon. These have subsequently merged and now operate as a fully independent stand alone company.
